Policy Overview
1. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation by Client: In case of cancellation by the Client, the following charges will apply:
a. Cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival – no charge – any payments made prior to this date will be reimbursed (less any bank charges).
b. If cancelled between14 to 29 days (inclusive) prior to arrival – 30% of the total booking value will be charged.
c. If cancelled between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total booking value will be charged.
d. If cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
2. Services Provided
The Company agrees to provide the following services:
a. Accommodation as detailed in the tour package.
b. Ground transportation for all locations within Sri Lanka as per the itinerary.
c. Meals as specified in the itinerary.
d. Guided tours and activities as outlined in the tour program.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
a. Obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.
b. Ensuring compliance with the health and safety requirements of the destination country.
c. Notifying the Company of any special dietary or medical requirements at the time of booking.
d. The Client must abide by all local laws and regulations during the tour.
4. Company Responsibilities
The company is responsible for:
a. The Company will confirm all hotel reservations, activities, and transportation as per the itinerary agreed upon.
b. The Company will ensure all aspects of the itinerary are organized, including airport transfers, accommodations, guided tours, and other scheduled activities.
c. The Company will provide 24/7 support during the tour, ensuring that any issues encountered are resolved promptly.
d. The Company will provide professional, knowledgeable, and friendly tour guides/drivers for the duration of the trip.
e. The Company will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the Client, including advising on any health risks and providing reliable transportation services.
f. The Company will communicate any changes in the itinerary, hotel bookings, or activities promptly.
g. In the event of unforeseen cancellations or disruptions caused by the Company, a fair refund or alternative arrangement will be provided as per the Company’s refund policy.
5. Liability
The Company will not be liable for:
a. Any delays, cancellations, or changes in the itinerary caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, etc.).
b. Any medical expenses incurred during the tour.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
