After a delicious breakfast, spend a leisurely morning at the beautiful Kandalama Hotel, soaking in the stunning surroundings. When it’s time for lunch, we’ll head to a local Sri Lankan village where you’ll enjoy an authentic meal prepared by villagers. The experience begins with a charming bullock cart ride through the village, followed by a traditional Sri Lankan feast.
Afterward, take a scenic catamaran ride on the lake, offering breathtaking views of the lush landscape. In the evening, we make our way to the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site. As you ascend the rock, your guide will lead you through its fascinating history—from its origins as a royal palace to its strategic military use. Along the way, you’ll encounter ancient frescoes, the famous lion’s paws, and panoramic views from the top that will leave you in awe of this incredible architectural wonder.

Immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage as you explore the intricately carved Gal Vihara, the sacred Vatadage, and the stunning Parakrama Samudra reservoir.

Day 5
A Royal Experience
Kandy in Elegance
Ella is a charming hill town nestled in the central highlands of Sri Lanka. Surrounded by lush green tea plantations and misty mountains, Ella is known for its natural beauty, scenic hikes, and laid-back atmosphere.
Offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and tea estates, Little Adam’s Peak is a popular hiking destination in Ella. The hike to the summit is relatively easy, making it accessible to all fitness levels. The sunrise and sunset views from the peak are particularly spectacular.
The Nine Arch Bridge is an architectural marvel located near Ella. Built during the British colonial era, this picturesque bridge is made entirely of bricks, rocks, and cement, without any steel. You can witness the charm of the train passing over the bridge, adding to the scenic beauty of the area.
Day 6
The Vibrant Heart of Sri Lanka
Colombo
After breakfast we make our way to The Temple of the Tooth (Sri Dalada Maligawa) is one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in the world, housing a relic believed to be the tooth of Lord Buddha. As you embark on a city tour of Kandy, explore the intricate artistry and spiritual significance of this iconic temple.
Marvel at the stunning architecture, the intricate frescoes, and the ornate carvings that adorn this revered site. Beyond the temple, Kandy itself is a city steeped in history and culture. Wander through the bustling streets, visit the serene Kandy Lake, and discover the city’s vibrant arts, including traditional Kandyan dance and music.

Day 7

After breakfast, we make our way to Colombo, where we check in at the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a walking tour through the city, exploring its historic and artistic buildings, including the iconic Red Mosque.
Later, savor a delicious dinner at The Gallery Café, one of Sri Lanka’s most renowned restaurants. Located in a building that was once the office of the famous architect Geoffrey Bawa, The Gallery Café is a true testament to
his architectural genius, designed in the early 1960s.
Day 8
The Artistic Vision of the Bawa Brothers
Into the world of Bevis Bawa and his extraordinary garden, where nature and art come together in perfect harmony. Next, we make our way to Jetwing Lighthouse, a stunning architectural masterpiece by Geoffrey Bawa, where you’ll witness his genius in blending modern design with nature. The hotel offers breathtaking views of the coastline and is a testament to Bawa’s distinctive style.
Following the visit to the Lighthouse, we proceed to Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you can explore the charming colonial streets, ancient ramparts, and the fascinating history of this well-preserved.
